NCOA - National Change of Address

Effective November 2008 the U. S. Postal Service increased it's efforts to improve the percentage of deliverable mail by revising the Move Update standards. This requires us to compare your database file to the National Change of Address database. If this comparison finds an UPDATED address, it replaces the old address with the new one. In Short - This revised standards have resulted in better address quality by removing or correcting the addresses on your mailing list. Therefore reducing the pieces that are undeliverable-as-addressed, ensuring more of your mail pieces are acutally reaching your customers and contacts AND saving you money!
